House Facilities and Accommodation Information

Bedrooms: All air conditioned/heated	Bedroom 1 with 5ft double bed and balcony with 2 aluminium chairs and a small aluminium drinks table. Bedroom 2 with 5ft double bed. Bedroom 3 with 3ft single bed plus 3ft bunk beds.
Bathrooms: Full bathroom upstairs Shower room Downstairs	Upstairs Bathroom with bath/shower over and folding glass shower screen, toilet and marble sink unit, extendable vanity mirror, extractor fan and a hairdryer supplied. Downstairs Shower room with shower, toilet and marble sink unit, extractor fan and a hairdryer supplied.
Kitchen: Air conditioned/heated	Stainless steel Modern Kitchen with black granite counters, fully fitted with large eye height fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, all pots and pans and kitchen utensils, full set of crockery cutlery and glassware both glass and also plastic for terrace use.
Utility Room:	Washer dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron, utility sink, washing bin etc.
Living Rooms: Air conditioned/heated	Large Lounge with Dining area for 6 adults with Widescreen 32" Plasma TV, Sky Satellite Box (bring your own card), DVD, Video, Sony Playstation 2, CD's Playable via DVD, Large L shaped leather sofa.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Linen and bathroom towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis if required, beach towels can be provided for a small charge. The Villa is cleaned completely prior to your arrival.

Notes on accommodation
This Villa is exceptionally suitable for families and especially children with it's heated (optional) pool and sandpit for their entertainment. All child friendly items are included such as Push Chair, High Chair, Bath Seat, Toys, Books, all English and of a good quality and condition.


Outside
The spacious outside area is fully equipped with sun shade, plenty of a modern aluminium garden furniture, e.g. dining table, aluminium chairs, aluminium reclining sun loungers and a large built in BBQ. The Pyrenees mountains provide a picturesque and dramatic horizon to one of the terrace views with equally dramatic sunset views.

The private swimming pool is Roman ended and heated (optional) and is 7 meters by 4 meters, it has lighting for late evening use.

On the terrace close to the pool there is a Shower with solar heated water supply as well as cold mains supply.

There is a large one level terrace surrounding the swimming pool and side of the house, and in addition there is a separate lower garden area which is laid to decking with a sandpit for children. The whole terrace is enclosed with security gates for safety, so you can relax if you have little ones. The garden is beautiful with many plants and trees and is relaxing to stroll around.
